广东省WHO结核病耐药监测研究

摘要：objective Based on the Guidelines for Surveillance of Drug Resistance in Tuberculosis of WHO/IUATLD set up a system for surveillance of drug resistance of pulmonary tuberculosis.To obtain the result on initial and acquired drug resistance rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guangdong province of China.Methods 40 counties were selected randomly in 113 counties of Guangdong province.39 cases of the new smear positive of pulmonary tuberculosis were intaken continuously in every county,including retreatment smear positive,Identify type of strains of culture positive and test drug resistance of the four kinds of antituberulosis drugs.Result Total drug resistance rate is 19.6%.Initial resistance rate was 18%.acquired drug resistance was 33.7%.Conclusion By strict training,all staff have grasped the drug resistance monitor system,based on the Guidelines for Surveillance of Drug Resistance in Tuberculosis of WHO/IUATLD.The result proved the drug resistance level in Guangdong is higher than that of developped countries.So national TB control program should be strengthen.
